Coming Home to the Craft: My New Chapter

Dec 4, 2025 | Music Storytelling

The past three months have been a quiet revolution in my life.

Not flashy or trendy—just honest work, daily commitment, and a deliberate choice to align everything around one thing: becoming a better artist and showing up more fully for the people who listen to my music.

Rebuilding Through Repetition

My home in Palm Springs has become my creative anchor. Every morning, my guitars are within reach. Every day, I’m writing, practicing, singing—not because I have to, but because I’ve made a commitment to myself that this is how I show up in the world now. This isn’t about inspiration striking; it’s about building a life where creativity is woven into the ordinary, where the craft comes first.

I’ve been leaning harder into the emotional core of what I do—the vulnerability, the tenderness, the stories about love and loss and becoming more fully myself. That’s always been at the heart of my songs, from “Tiger In My Tank” to “I Feel Soft.” But now it feels like a north star. Every lyric, every performance, every day in the studio is another chance to say something more true.

Back on Stage, Back in Connection

Nothing proves commitment quite like stepping back under the lights. I’ve been booking shows again—real, intimate venues where people can see my eyes and hear every word clearly. Plan B, Hot Lips Coffee, small rooms where Americana and folk music belong. These aren’t just gigs; they’re where I get to listen in real time to how my music lands in people’s hearts. That feedback feeds everything I do in the writing room.

Telling My Real Story

I’m done with generic music-industry speak. I’m leaning fully into the story that’s actually mine: a late-bloomer artist who rediscovered music as a lifeline after loss. A queer storyteller in the Americana space. A songwriter unafraid to explore love, grief, sensuality, and healing all at once.

My journey—from those early Gainesville coffeehouse days to Palm Springs, through the heartbreak and the healing—isn’t something I’m hiding anymore. It’s the spine of everything I’m building. When I share that with people, something real happens.

A Life Built to Protect the Artist

This relaunch isn’t just a marketing plan. It’s a new architecture around my life as an artist. Regular performances, consistent and honest storytelling on social platforms, a home that’s tuned toward creativity—they all feed each other. It creates momentum while keeping me grounded in why I started making music in the first place.

You’re Invited

This new chapter is an invitation. To listen a little closer. To feel a little deeper. To walk alongside an artist who’s actively choosing growth, right now, in real time.

Whether you’ve been with me since the beginning or you’re just discovering my music—this is a good moment to join. I’m showing up fully. I’m committed to the craft. And I’m grateful for everyone who’s willing to take this next step with me.

One Heartfelt Song at a Time

The recent re-release of my original song Dark Tango highlights my dedication to producing top-notch content. If you haven’t yet listened to it or watched the video, I encourage you to check it out and share your thoughts on YouTube regarding the direction I’m taking.
